Key Quality Consultancy recognizes that getting certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO / TS 16949 is just the beginning and first milestone on the journey to improving Quality or Environmental Management System.

Continual improvement is always the ultimate objective for many organizations. To sustain the momentum for continual improvement, one of the effective ways is to maintain various management programs.

However, many organizations are facing the problem of maintaining the management programs due to limited resources and unable to react when the program fails to meet the established objective or target.

In view of this problem, we have launched the Continual Improvement Service package to facilitate organizations on the maintaining of their management programs.

Starting from as low as RM 1800, this package including 2 man-days on-site
consultancy & guidance plus 1 man-day off-site support.

Services to be provided are as follows :

(1). To provide advisory services or training on techniques used for continual improvement.
(2). Formulation of action plan for management program that would help to achieve the target set.
(3). Data Analysis for problem-solving such as trend analysis, regression analysis or pareto analysis & etc.
(4). Assisting in regular monitoring of quality / environmental objectives.
(5). Follow-up on the progress of various continual improvement projects.
