INTRODUCTION
Human error is inevitable and all these human mistakes can in turn result in defects in the manufacturing process. By virtue of Mistake-Proofing System which focuses on correcting the conditions for processing, we can prevent human error from resulting in defects.

The devices applied by the Mistake-Proofing System are easy to operate and cheap to install. Human error can therefore be eliminated and eventually leading to Zero Defect Level.
