Background
The new edition of the ISO 9001 standard has been officially published on 15 Nov 2008. We expect that all companies that are currently certified to ISO 9001:2000 will be required to upgrade their ISO Quality Management System to the new ISO 9001:2008 requirements within 1 year after publication of new standard. This training is designed to help companies to have better understanding on the key changes to QMS requirements and how to implement the changes.

The 7 Advanceed QC Tools (also called 7 Management Planning Tools) introduce the latest advances in tools for Quality Management – techniques that promote a new, more creative & effective approach to quality planning and project management.
These QC Tools are used by senior executives for strategic planning as well as at all levels of management for planning, goal-setting & problem-solving.
